Delivery
We deliver anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area on Fridays between 8am – 4pm, for a flat rate of $14.99.
All deliveries must to be a home or business address and we will need someone to be at the location on the day of requested delivery or instructions on where we can leave the delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Place orders by 12pm Wednesday for Friday delivery.
Christmas Delivery
Plum Puddings, Christmas Mince Tarts and Rum Ball Buckets can be posted anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $20
Orders will be shipped from December 1st, and to guarantee delivery before December 25th, orders must be placed by December 15th.
Delivery Tracking
When you complete your order online you will receive an order confirmation and tax invoice via email.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order and receive a refund you must notify us on (02) 8732 6219 no less than 48 hours before the order is scheduled.
Returns and Exchanges
We pride ourselves on high quality at Simmone Logue and customer satisfaction is paramount to us. We do not accept returns under normal circumstances however if there are any issues, please phone us on Phone: (02) 8732 6219 immediately. If outside business hours – please refrigerate product and send an email to contact@simmonelogue.com to report the problem then we will call you on the next business day.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unconsumed or you may not be eligible for refund. If the quality issue is due to tasting the product then please return the remainder. Please note that we cannot accept returns made more than 24 hours after the original delivery date. You can return to our Head Office or send via courier to Simmone Logue (c/o Beak & Johnston), 43 Wentworth Street, Greenacre NSW 2190. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery; therefore we recommend an insured courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt.
